1. Service Provider
The services provided through the App are legally offered by Artem Ostapchuk (7Coach).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
3. Eligibility
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you are using the App with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Services Description
The App provides access to coaching services, including communication with a coach via in-app chat. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional advice unless explicitly stated.

  • Share false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or security

All content, branding, and functionality within the App are owned by or licensed to Artem Ostapchuk (7Coach) and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
