Community Guidelines (Chat Usage Policy)

These Community Guidelines govern your behavior when using the chat feature within the 7OS mobile application (the “App”). The goal is to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for communication between users and coaches.
1. Respectful Communication
You must communicate respectfully at all times. The following is not allowed:
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive language
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other characteristics
  • Offensive, hateful, or explicit content
2. Appropriate Use of Chat
The chat is intended for communication with your coach related to the App’s services. You agree not to:
  • Send spam or unsolicited promotions
  • Share irrelevant or disruptive content
  • Misuse the chat for purposes unrelated to coaching
3. Prohibited Content
You must not share:
  • Illegal content or instructions
  • Personal data of others without consent
  • Harmful, dangerous, or misleading information
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of your coach and others. Do not attempt to extract sensitive or confidential information.
5. Data Storage Awareness
All chat messages are stored in cloud infrastructure to ensure service continuity and quality. By using the chat, you acknowledge and agree to this.
6. Enforcement
Violations of these Guidelines may result in:
  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension of chat access
  • Permanent account suspension
